Terms of Service

Last updated: 28 August 2026

These terms govern your use of this website and any Cygnus service you access through it. By using the site, you agree to them.

1. These terms

This website is operated by Cygnus Voyages Private Limited (“Cygnus”, “we”, “us”), a company incorporated in India. By accessing or using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

If you use the Cygnus platform under a separate written agreement — a subscription agreement, order form, or master services agreement — that agreement governs your use of the platform, and it prevails over these terms wherever the two conflict.

2. Use of the site

You agree not to:

  • Use the site for any unlawful purpose, or in breach of any applicable law or regulation.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers, or any connected system.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the site's operation, including by introducing malicious code or placing unreasonable load on our infrastructure.
  • Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract content from the site without our written permission.
  • Reproduce, republish, or redistribute our content except as permitted in section 3.

3. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, design, and software — is owned by Cygnus or its licensors and is protected by Indian and international intellectual property law. The Cygnus name and logo are our trade marks and may not be used without our prior written consent.

You may view, download, and print pages from the site for your own internal business use. You may not otherwise copy, modify, or create derivative works from our content.

4. Information on this site

The content on this site is provided for general information about our products and services. It does not constitute advice, an offer, or a binding commitment, and it may change without notice.

Product descriptions, statistics, performance figures, and outcome claims shown on this site are indicative. Actual results depend on your configuration, usage, and circumstances, and are not guaranteed.

5. Demo requests and enquiries

Submitting a demo request or enquiry does not create a contract between you and Cygnus, and does not oblige either party to proceed. Any engagement follows only from a separate written agreement. We handle the personal data you submit in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

You confirm that any information you submit is accurate and that you are authorised to provide it, including where it relates to your employer.

6. Third-party links and services

The site may link to third-party websites or reference third-party integrations. We do not control those sites or services, we do not endorse them by linking to them, and we are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.

7. Availability

We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may suspend, withdraw, or restrict all or part of the site for business or operational reasons, and we will try to give reasonable notice where we can.

8. Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including as to accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cygnus is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill, or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of this site. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

9. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you use the site is the version that applies. The “last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision.

10. Governing law

These terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of India, and the competent courts in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any different provision in a separate written agreement between you and Cygnus.

11. Contact

Questions about these terms can be sent to contact@bookcygnus.com.
